This 7 days dance program is a friendly invitation and nourishment for your soul that can guide anyone - even complete beginners!

This program is mixing a variety of dance approaches to get you moving confidently in just one week. Each day, you'll learn something new, starting with dynamic self-expression meditation through basic body isolations and swirling through the guided inspiration for body flow, ending with guided sequence inspired by dancehall, rnb and afro fusion.

Dancing is a powerful tool for your well-being, from fitness to mental health.

I'm happy to guide you through my biggest passion that can bring you joy, somatic release, connection to your own body and some new inspiration and technique!


What you will learn

I launched this adventure in with one key idea: making dance accessible and fun no matter where you're starting from!

Picture a blend of:
- basic movements and approaches to dance
- guided meditation for somatic release and connection to your body
- body and hips isolations,
- guided impro sessions to connect the flow with the technique
- regular dance class inspired by rnb and afro rythm.

You will also get some bonuses on the way. These basics I teach everyone during private classes as we simply cannot skip the basics of body motion and honestly some people, who dance for years still cannot isolate their chest (for example! These things that I teach in this course are important for any type of movement and dancing and I'm sure you can benefit from it.

It is only 7 days challenge, but you will get enough information for you to practise anytime afterwards as there is a must for repetation, if we really want to integrate it to our bodies! :) If it's not enough for you, you'll be able to join my MuuZe-ment online school that is going to be wider online program and will be launched this year of 2025! :)

Your instructor

With over a decade of professional dance experience, Kamila Dadokova has mastered the art of blending various dance styles to create a unique and invigorating approach to movement and self-expression. Her rich background spans contemporary, hip-hop, dancehall, choreography and commercial dancing, couple dancing and acro yoga, experimental improvisation and somatic and meditative movement culminating in a rich repertoire of techniques.

Kamila's commitment to dance education has been recognized through her award-winning choreographies and her tireless dedication to her passion and hundreds of students through her life.

At the heart of the "7 DAYS Dance Challenge -this course is Kamila's fervent belief in dance as a daily nourishment for the soul. She crafted this program as great step for beginners to find new possibilities in movement and to accomplish their dancing dream.
