7 DAYS dance Challenge
I blended something really nice for you -- the dance course that provides basic dance and movement technique, but also integrates the connection between mind, emotions and your own improvisation that can lead to a wider exploration of your body. There is no dance without true and authentic expression! But sometimes we are stucked in the same movement patterns and I can asure you that it can be much more playful, connected and flowing. I hope you will get inspired from my short course and if it's not going to be enough for you, we can see each other in other courses! :)
